Villages Unlimited is an authorized Lemax online retailer that was founded in January 2021 in Waukesha, WI. Our goal is to provide the absolute best customer service and carry the highest quality products at competitive prices. All of our products are priced at or below MSRP. - Why are there so few collections

We are a small start up company that sells exclusively Lemax products. We stock inventory from all of the major Lemax collections. We decided to focus on porcelain lighted buildings simply because they are our favorite. We have plans to add figures, table accents, accessories and facades in the future. Stay tuned!
- Are all items new

All items are brand new, never opened and never removed from the box. Our inventory is bought directly from Lemax. These items come in the original colored box and have Styrofoam inserts for the buildings, unless noted. Every items will have a Styrofoam insert at a minimum. If an item does not have a colored box, it will be noted in the description.
- If a item is sold out, will it be available at another time

That depends on the item, if this is the last year before the product is getting retired we unfortunately may not be getting the product back in stock. If an item is sold out, please use the notify me button on the product to be notified when a product will be back in stock, this also helps us determine what we should order for the following year.
- Do you offer preorders of products

We do offer preorders on all new release products. These preorders will come out shortly after Lemax announces their products. Preorders will be available until we get the product in hand, typically mid-late July.
- What are you shipping rates?

If your order total is $100 or more, it will come with free shipping if you are located in the lower 48 of the US. If you order under $100, shipping will be based on actual costs of shipping and package costs. In most instances, items will be shipped together. Packages are typically sent out via UPS or USPS, depending on which one is cheaper.
We are unable to offer free shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FBO, Alaska or Hawaii.
- When will my order ship and how long will it take to receive?

Orders received before 5PM Central Standard Time will be shipped out the next day.
Shipping times vary based on delivery location, most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- How do you avoid breakage during shipment?

We take great care in ensuring your package will be delivered safely and on time. Each individual item comes with the molded Styrofoam insert to help reduce movement during shipping. Each box is then wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and placed within a heavy duty box. We use Kraft paper as extra fill to further reduce movement.
All items are insured by the carrier. If you were to receive a package and one of the items is damaged, please let us know. Please include pictures of the product and pictures of the box it arrived in with any damage there and we will work with the carrier to get the product replaced or a refund issued.
- Do you offer international shipping?

We can arrange for international shipping. Please contact us for additional information and shipping quote. We will ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. We are also unable to process returns for international shipments.
- What is your return policy

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away.
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item. If the item is defective or broken, a replacement item will be shipped, if we have stock available, otherwise we will issue you a refund. Please also include any pictures of damage to the item and to the box.
In order to process a return, the item must not be damaged or used. A 15% restocking fee may apply. The return shipment fee will be deducted from your refund.

- What do I do if my order never arrived or arrived borken

If your item never arrives or arrives broken, please contact us. If there is damage to the item or to the packaging, please include pictures. A replacement item will be sent or a refund will be issued depending on stock levels.
Every package that is sent out is insured by default.
